Let’s play tradional instruments, Koto harp plus shamisen guiter and enjoy tea ceremony with high-quality Matcha and seasonal Japanese sweets!
The traditional Japanese stringed instrument, the koto, is renowned for both its healing tones and elegant shape. During this workshop, you will have a chance to play the koto.

Let’s play by yourself!
Small tea ceremony experience
After playing the koto, you will be served matcha green tea and seasonal Japanese sweets in a tea ceremony by a master from the Urasenke tea school.
Shamisen experience
After enjoying the tea and sweets, you will also have chance to play Shamisen, Japanese traditional instrument like guitar.
All these experience takes about 2 hours.
This cultural experience is set in a cozy small Japanese house beside the brook near Heian shrine and Art museum area.
Let’s spend an emotionally fulfilling time and stimulate all five of your senses!
